In collaboration with the Korea Development Bank (KDB), one of the largest government-backed banks and LPs in Korea, and the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), representing 73,000 trading enterprises, AWS has co-organized and sponsored the Global Business Expansion Contest (GBEC), a prominent startup overseas expansion program. Following successful initiatives in the United States (2022) and Asia (Japan, Singapore) in 2023, this year we are focusing on helping startups expand into Europe.

This event brings together Europe's leading VCs, CVCs, startups, and startup ecosystem partners. You will have the opportunity to hear pitches from top Korean startups across various sectors, including AI tech, robotics, mobility, content tech, and beauty tech. These startups were selected through the pitching program at NextRise 2024, Asia's largest startup fair, as part of the GBEC program.
